We are a small practice that is committed to providing patients with the individual attention they deserve. Our staff is trained to understand the most recent advances in aesthetic surgery and have been hired for their efficiency, caring nature, and warmth. No doctor can do it alone. Our staff is exceptionally well qualified and will help to make your experience seamless in every way. Everyone will contribute to your positive experience from your first phone call or e-mail to your last postoperative visit.

Debbie Fay

Debbie Fay, our Registered Nurse and Patient Coordinator, is the primary point of contact from consultation to surgery and beyond. After your consultation with Dr. Friedlander, Debbie will review the fees and cost of the procedure, as well as answer any additional questions you may have. If you have a specific date in mind we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Debbie has worked in the field of plastic surgery for over 25 years and brings maturity and experience to her patient counseling. There isn't a cosmetic surgery question she has not answered at one point or another in the office or by e-mail. She loves working with people and is a great advocate of people who do what it takes to feel better about themselves. Debbie is also a skin care specialist and performs glycolic peels, microdermabrasion, and removes sutures.

Keri Cohen

Keri Cohen comes to us with 9 years of experience in the industry, including both dermatology and plastic surgery. That puts her in a unique position of truly understanding the needs of her clients and of being able to assist them in achieving the best results. Her goal is to help restore and maintain healthy skin by designing a skin care program to address the specific needs of each and every one of her clients. Don’t be fooled by her youthful appearance, she understands that maintaining skin health begins at an early age, and she practices what she preaches. Keri is a licensed aesthetician who brings her keen interpersonal skills and knowledge of spa innovations to the table. She has a proven record of spa client satisfaction. Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams, our Administrative Assistant, is no stranger to medicine. She entered the medical profession as a medical biller, 15 years ago, and has worked with Dr Friedlander on and off since then. She followed her dream to pursue a career in body contouring, the old fashioned way, becoming a personal trainer. She takes pride in her appearance, and in leading a healthy lifestyle, and she understands that some people need a little more help and guidance in achieving their goals than others. Michelle will schedule your appointments and be able to answer any questions you have. She loves working with people and uses the knowledge and experience she has gained in this office in all of her endeavors.
