Patient Details
This 45 yo mother of 2 with an autoimmune disorder, underwent augmentation with saline implants 18 years earlier. She requested removal of her implants and revolumization of her breasts with fat. She had abdominal fullness and a depressed c-section scar. It was possible to harvest fat from the abdomen and reshape the abdomen simultaneously with a tummy tuck. Her intact saline implants and a capsulectomy was performed. She is seen 4 months after her surgery.
