Case #0294 - This 63 yo patient had 3 previous Breast Augmentation and Breast Asymmetry surgeries. She had developed a combination of capsular contracture and ruptures of her saline implants. At the time of explantation she complained of pain in her breasts. She requested removal. Her implants were removed, a small reduction was performed on the left and a repeat lift was performed. She declined fat transfers to the superior pole. She was extremely happy after the surgery and pain free. Good symmetry was achieved. Her photographs were taken 2 months after her surgery.
