This 47 yo mother of 2 underwent subglandular augmentation and lift 16 years earlier. She recalls being naturally uneven before her augmentation. On her annual mammogram, she was noted to have a ruptured implant on one side. She underwent bilateral enbloc explantation with repeat breast lift. She did not want the implants reinserted and the breasts were revolumized with fat transfers. She is seen at 3 months after surgery.
